Simply Pawfect is a mobile dog grooming salon that was established in 2018. The driving force behind Simply Pawfect is owner/operator Josh O’Flaherty. He has a clear vision of what a dog grooming salon should be, and the contrast within the dog-grooming industry is what brought about the creation of Simply Pawfect.
Where the majority of the industry is geared towards the consumerism lifestyle, focusing more about the quantity and not the quality- some things seem to get lost long the way. It appears more about how many dogs can get through the door in any given day. Simply Pawfect operates very differently.
Simply Pawfect’s aim is to ensure that your pup is given only the VERY best grooming experience possible. By taking the time it requires to offer each and every client the same high standard of grooming, this removes the stress that a high turnover environment usually has on your pet.
At Simply Pawfect we understand how difficult it is to find a pet groomer who you feel comfortable entrusting your pet. Josh sees your pet for who they really are, and that is a valued and loved member of the family.
Josh takes time and pride in working with animals and treats every animal as if it was his own.
Simply Pawfect has, and always will be focused on providing high quality grooms in a stress free environment for your animals.

The newest addition.
Josh and Roz first met back in 2016, when Josh was only newly qualified! The skill and care in which she handled every animal that crossed her table led him to admire and look up to her.
She is an animal lover to say the least, and in addition to her own pets, Roz has been caring for and fostering a variety of animals in her spare time.
Roz has been grooming dogs for over 15 years! To simply say Roz is a qualified groomer is an understatement, not only does she have many years experience in the field but the expertise and care in which she treats every animal is second to none.
Her love and affinity for animals is what makes her the perfect fit for the Simply Pawfect team, as she understands and believes in the vision of Simply Pawfect; that the animals always come first.
It is with great pride that we officially welcome Roz Torchia to the Simply Pawfect family!
The man behind the business.
Josh O’Flaherty has always loved animals growing up. He adored his pets and watched all the animal documentaries he could get his hands on. He always new that he would love to work with animals, and in 2014 he took that leap and his dream became a reality.
After some initial studies (Certificate III in Companion Animal Services) Josh started out working within an adoption agency which he found extremely rewarding. Since then, he has worked hard expanding his knowledge to firmly set himself up as an expert within the industry.
Josh then went on to complete his nationally recognised Certificate III In Dog Grooming at Box Hill Institute in 2016. This then created the opportunity for him to spend more one-on-one time working with animals as a dog groomer.
Since then he has worked closely within the industry learning from other groomers, increasing his skill level to match the high quality he expects from himself and his work.
In 2018 Josh decided the time was right for him to open up his own dog grooming salon. This was so that he could set the new standard within the industry for how he believes all animals should be treated.
He loves working for himself, and his furry clients. He can’t wait to meet your furbaby!
